To receive member prices on the Bookstore you must log-in. If you have already registered and are not receiving member prices, please contact PTI at (248) 848-3180.
All prices include Free Ground Shipping to all destinations in the USA.
Shipping & Handling
PTI is now offering free ground shipping for all of our publications shipped to the United States! We are also offering expedited shipping using UPS 2nd Day or Next Day services. These options may be selected during the checkout process. For other shipping options or for international delivery rates, please call our office during business hours.
Expedited Shipping
Faster shipping is available for additional fees. Please call our office to find out the shipping rate for your order.
International Orders
Please contact PTI to find out the shipping rate for international deliveries based on the weight of the order and the destination country. Payment must be in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank. Customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Return Policy
If your order is damaged, defective or incorrect, we accept its return without question within 30 days of purchase. Returns shipped COD are not accepted. University bookstores and other resellers must receive authorization from PTI to return books in resaleable condition. Authorized returns in resaleable condition are subject to a 15% restocking fee
Sales Tax
Sales Tax in the amount of 6% of the sales total will be added to MI residents' orders.
