Foreign Post-Tensioning
Member:
A person, firm or corporation, who maintains
one or more offices outside of the North American Continent
from which it engages in the promotion and sale of post-tensioning
materials and accepts contracts to deliver such materials
in the name of such person, firm or corporation outside
of the North American continent. Any sales or delivery
of such material into the North American continent shall
constitute eligibility for Post-Tensioning membership.

Foreign Associate A Member:
A
person, firm or corporation not eligible for Foreign Post-Tensioning
Membership engaged in the manufacture and/or sale of prestressing
steel, used by those eligible for Foreign Post-Tensioning
Membership, outside of the North American continent. Any
sales or delivery of prestressing steel into the North
American continent shall constitute eligibility for Associate
A membership.

Foreign Associate B Member:

person, firm or corporation not eligible for Foreign Post-Tensioning
Membership engaged in the manufacture and/or sale of equipment
or other material, used by those eligible for Foreign
Post-Tensioning Membership, outside of the North American

the North American continent shall constitute eligibility
for Associate B membership.

Professional Member:
Any
person who is a registered architect or engineer, or any
person who is deemed by the Board of Directors to have
abilities or standing equal to this qualification; provided,
however, that no such person shall be qualified for Professional
Membership of Post-Tensioning, Associate, Affiliate or
Foreign Post-Tensioning, Associate Membership is available
to such person or to an organization with which such person
is affiliated.

compatible with the goals and purposes of the Institute.
