BD-100: Board of Directors

Committee Mission: The PTI Board of Directors shall be responsible for the management and control of the Institute and its affairs. The Board shall be composed of one (1) director for each Post-Tensioning Member of the Institute, two (2) directors representing Prestressing Steel Supplier Members, two (2) directors representing Associate Members, one (1) director representing Consulting Company Members, one (1) director representing Contractor Company Members, one (1) director representing Affiliate Members, three (3) directors representing Professional Members, one (1) director-at-large and the Officers of the Institute other than the Executive Director.
