Hotel reservation cut-off date is Monday, September 16, 2024.

If you wish to check in before Tuesday, September 1st, or extend your stay beyond Friday, October 4th, please reach out directly to the hotel at patricia.ortiz@kempinski.com and monica.may@kempinski.com to secure the group rate. For any hotel-related concerns, please contact Courtney Clemens from PTI staff at courtney.clemens@concrete.org.

Hotel contracts require PTI to be financially liable for unused sleeping rooms. Please help PTI avoid unnecessary penalties and stay with us at the Kempinski Hotel Cancún. You’ll be close to your meetings and also help PTI provide you with affordable room rates.
