CAN I REGISTER FOR THIS EVENT?

PTI Members and Non-Members will be able to register for the 2023 Committee Days starting Monday, July 17th. E-communications will be sent out on Monday, July 17th, to all of our Members letting them know that registration is now open for this event. 

 

WILL THIS EVENT BE HYBRID?

Yes! PTI Members and Non-Members will have the option to register for in-person and virtual participation for the 2023 PTI Committee Days. 

 

WILL I RECEIVE LINKS TO JOIN MEETINGS IF I REGISTER FOR VIRTUAL PARTICIPATION?

Yes!  PTI Members and Non-Members who register as a virtual participant for Committee Days will receive Zoom meeting invitation a few minutes prior to each session. Zoom meeting invitations will be sent out by our Membership Coordinator, Michelle Stern. 

 

CAN I BOOK MY ROOM NOW?

Yes! A block of rooms have been reserved for our PTI Members and Non-Members at a discount rate. If you wish to book online, please use the link below prior to Monday, September 11, 2023

 

DO I NEED A PASSPORT TO ENTER MEXICO?

It depends on your nationality. Canadian citizens can enter Mexico without a passport and just with a birth certificate accompanied by a picture ID. Citizens from other countries including the Unites States need passports and sometimes visas to enter Mexico. Please check with your Mexican Consulate in your area about the documents you may need to travel to Mexico.

 

ARE THERE RESTRICTIONS TO ENTER MEXICO?

Yes! ALL foreign citizens traveling to Mexico MUST fill out an Official Entry Immigration Form prior to their arrival to Mexico. Some commercial airlines NO LONGER hand out immigration forms, to be prepared, please fill out the immigration form ONLINE and have it printed before arriving to Cancun.

 

DO I NEED A COVID-19 VACCINATION CARD TO ENTER MEXICO?

No! All passengers fully vaccinated and not fully vaccinated are allowed to enter Mexico. COVID-19 related entry regulations were lifted on January 1, 2022. There is no testing, quarantine, or forms required for passengers traveling to Mexico at this time. This requirement is subject to change between now and October, the link below will provide you with the most up-to-date information. 

 

DO I NEED TO PRESENT A COVID-19 VACCINATION CARD TO RE-ENTER THE U.S.?

On June 12, 2022, all air passengers, regardless of citizenship or vaccination status, are no longer required to show a negative viral COVID-19 test result, or documentation of recovery from COVID-19, before boarding a flight to the United States. Learn more about this new regulation.
